I loved living at Emerald Ridge, at the time I was a single young female and security was most important. I love that it was gated with security systems in each apartment and quiet. Its just off Research Parkway, therefore it was a great location to be just near enough to everything without the hustle and bustle. The apartments are AWESOME. I am a new freak, and when I lived there a year ago, my apartment was brand new in fantastic condition, I didn't have one maintenance issue. The staff was awesome, although I think most of the staff I remember has left, I'm sure they are equally great. Reccomend for sure! Prices may seem steep but check for specials because it is worth it living there.

I visited your property at Plummer Rd. My representative WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT! I am relocating to the area and have visited a number of locations over one weekend. She was Friendly, open and willing to assist. She did not rush me... I had many questions, and she remained friendly and helpful. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this property. E.R. has by far been the greatest renting experience I have had. The floor plans are unlike the traditional apartment homes. The apartments are spacious, well designed and housed with the latest appliances. The grounds are immaculately kept by the friendliest ground crew. Most of all I am pleased with the level of security from being a gated community to the personal alarm system to the panic alarm system that is provided. Emerald Ridge has brought apartment living into the millennium.
The apartments are like no other. I love the traditional look with the brick, it is a smaller community with ample parking, wonderful gate system and friendly neighbors. The apartments themselves are very spacious, huge kitchen and large rooms and even a large patio storage closet. The clubhouse is very nice with pool table, flat screen tv's and a wonderful, friendly office staff. The fitness center is huge and offers a lot of nice equipment including free weights and tanning palors, again with more flat screen tv's and a beautiful view of the pool. The pool is so pretty with the dancing fountains and lots of chairs and umbrellas and the quitest,most relaxing pool ever.
Emerald Ridge is far better place to live and the staff is exceptional. They go above the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of and your needs are met. Kim pays attention to every detail and is always willing to go the extra mile. Great Job Kim!!! and a facility itself is beautiful to see
Enjoyable and spacious. I love the pool and feel comfortable here, but I do wish the community was FULLY gated.
It is very clean safe and quiet. Everyone I have met so far has been very nice and the staff has been some of the nicest people I have ever met. They have continued to be nice even after I have moved into the apartment. The grounds are kept in perfect condition along with the pool area and the club house is kept spotless. Overall this has been the best place I have looked at and am very happy that I did choice this apartment as the one to move into!

Quiet, beautiful. Friendly neighbors but no one bothers you. You can have as much or as little interaction as you want. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is helpful and friendly and the location is great.

The staff is doing an excellent job taking care of the property as well as the tenants. I honestly couldn't have chosen a better apartment complex to make me feel like I'm truly at home. Since day one, the staff has been wonderful, especially Donna and Ms. Kim.
The ground are very well kept. It is always so pretty. :) The staff is very friendly. Maintenance is very timely and quick to address issues. As for the average safety score, I've noticed the automatic lights seem to have trouble coming on in the evenings. Some don't appear to be working at all. Overall, I enjoy living here.
